These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Zenro’s payroll and time-tracking services. By accessing or using Zenro, users agree to abide by these terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or misuse of Zenro’s services is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements when using the platform.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Zenro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Advanced features require a paid subscription, and users agree to pay applicable fees as per their chosen plan.
  • No Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, Zenro may offer a limited demo period at no cost in certain situations.
  • Zenro reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or subscription plans with prior notice.

4. Service Availability and Limitations

  • Zenro aims to provide reliable payroll processing and time tracking but is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect user inputs, incomplete data, or external limitations.
  • While we strive for uninterrupted service, maintenance, network disruptions, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally occur. Users acknowledge that Zenro does not guarantee 100% uptime.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal activities while using Zenro. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Interfering with system integrity
  • Distributing malicious software
  • Deceptive financial practices Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Compliance and Liability Disclaimer

  • Zenro provides payroll processing and compliance assistance based on user-provided inputs. However, users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable tax, labor, and employment laws.
  • Zenro does not provide legal or financial advice. Businesses should consult professional tax or legal advisors for compliance matters.
  • Zenro shall not be liable for errors, tax miscalculations, late salary payments, compliance failures, or financial losses arising from incorrect user data, changes in regulations, or third-party system failures.

7. Data Security and Force Majeure

  • Zenro implements industry-standard security measures but shall not be held liable for breaches caused bycyberattacks, natural disasters, government actions, or technological failures beyond our control.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, India. If arbitration fails, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.

9. Employer-Employee Relationship Disclaimer

Zenro acts solely as a payroll processing service and does not establish any employer-employee relationship between Zenro and users’ employees. Users remain solely responsible for employment decisions, contracts, and labor law compliance.
